How do I get the items for my fundraiser?
- If you live in the Wisconsin or Arizona area:
- You can pick up your items at your convenience at one of our locations
- We can help set up everything for you at your event. We can help you set minimum bids and display your memorabilia so your event will not only have great items, it will look great too!
- We can ship the items to you on the date you request, or
- If you wish, we can also run your whole charity auction from setup to breakdown for a small fee.
Fan 4 Ever will also provide you and your organization with bid sheets for your silent auction items. We will also provide quality descriptions for your products that will help promote and sell your items so your organization gets top dolloar for an item!
How does the NO-RISK guarantee work?
First, we will communicate with you and find out more about your event to see how Fan4Ever can assist you in exceeding your organizations goals at your fundraiser. Once we know more about your event, we can then begin helping you select the right items for your audience. Once you select the items you would like, we will then help you determine and suggest to you what the minimum bids should start at in your Silent/Live auction (This is usually the price Fan 4 Ever charges for supplying the item at your auction, this special whole sale price is offered only to charities and fundraisers). Minimum bids are always much lower than what an item would retail for in stores allowing you to start the bidding at an attractive price and maximize your organization's profits. Your charity receives 100% of the proceeds above the minimum bid. Many times products will sell 2 or 3 times above what the minimum bid is which creates a great opportunity for large amounts of funds going to your fundraiser at no risk to you! The items that do not receive bids can then simply be returned to Fan 4 Ever after your event at no cost to you.
What price advantage can Fan 4 Ever deliver?
Because of our close relationships with manufacturers and athletes, we offer prices substantially below suggested retail, so your charity earns more money. What's more, our autographed items are guaranteed authentic, so there's no worry about the value of auction items. We follow industry standards on the authentication of sports memorabilia and provide holograms and Certificates of Authenticity for all items we carry.
What is the cost after your fundraiser?
You must provide a credit card, which will we will simply keep on file until after your event. Once your event is finished, we charge the credit card you provided the pre-agreed price for the items that sold. If our pre-agreed price is also the minimum bid, then your organization keeps 100% of the money above the minimum bid. Any unsold items, as long as they are in undamaged condition, may be returned and your credit card will not be charged for those items.
Here is a hypothetical example; the Minimum Bid for a Brett Favre Autographed Authentic Helmet is set to $350.00 and the HIGHEST BID at the auction is $1600.00, the charity fundraiser will provide payment to Fan 4 Ever for $350.00 and the charity would profit the difference of $1250.00.
