Q: How do I know your items are authentic?
A: Acquiring your favorite piece of autographed memorabilia can be one of the most exciting investments you can make - as long as it is real. At Fan 4 Ever, the integrity of each piece of our hand-signed collectibles is paramount. Fan 4 Ever guarantees the authenticity of your hand-signed sports collectible. Fan 4 Ever representatives witness athlete signings. Matching tamper-resistant security holograms are affixed to each item and a Fan 4 Ever Certificate of Authenticity. This is our assurance to you that your autographed memorabilia is 100% authentic.
Shipping
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship once it is placed?
A: If your order is placed on a weekday before 1:00 p.m. CT, it will ship the same day. If you place your order after 1:00 p.m. CT or during the weekend, it will ship the next business day.
Q: What is the cost for shipping & handling?
A: We use UPS to calculate the cost of each order depending on weight, size, destination, and how fast you want to receive your order. We offer UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air Early AM, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select.
Pre-Ordering
Q: What is a pre-order?
A: Items that are not released yet may be pre-ordered through the Web site or by calling a Fan 4 Ever representative. Keep in mind that these items are not in stock and will ship when they are ready and available.

Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We assure you that Fan 4 Ever is a secure website and that we have multiple forms of security in place to protect our customer's information during and after the ordering process.
Returns
Q: What if I need to return an item?
A: First, contact us via e-mail or by phone that you would like to return your item within 30 days of your purchase. You will be given a full refund on your purchase when we receive the item or items back. The items must have the original holograms, certificate of authenticity, and when applicable, the picture of the athlete signing the item that accompanied it. The autograph on the item must be the original. The refund will then be granted. |
